Qualifications

• 3+ years in facility or building maintenance.
• Experience with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, or masonry.
• Ability to read manuals and follow procedures.
• Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repair of facilities, equipment, and building systems.
