The MIL Corporation is seeking a General Maintenance Worker (Maintenance Technician II) to support maintenance of facilities, equipment, and infrastructure in a DoD operating environment at NAWCAD Webster Outlying Field in St. Inigoes, Maryland.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in facility or building maintenance.
• Experience with multiple trades: electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, masonry.
• Ability to read manuals and follow procedures.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repair of facilities, equipment, and building systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical issues and lighting components.
• Perform basic plumbing repairs and fixes.
• Carry out carpentry tasks such as walls, doors, and flooring repairs.
• Patch and finish drywall, plaster, and ceilings.
