Job summary

BizFirst is looking for a Help Desk Manager (DAI, Financial) to oversee remote user support operations. The successful candidate will guide and supervise contract personnel, ensuring efficient helpdesk coverage and effective service delivery. Candidates must have substantial DoD experience and familiarity with Oracle Federal Financials and DAI modules.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of DoD experience supporting complex program management.
• Minimum of seven years’ experience in DAI financial and accounting operations.
• Experience with DAI modules is preferred.
