Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of federal or defense enterprise sales or account leadership experience.
• Proven ability to build and close large, complex deals.
• Experience selling to DoD or other federal agencies (FAR, DFARS, IDIQ, GSA).
• Existing relationships within DoD services or combatant commands.
• Active security clearance preferred, or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate DoW-wide account strategy and align initiatives across regions and managers.
• Secure and manage executive access to senior mission stakeholders.
• Spearhead major pursuits including large, multi-year enterprise opportunities.
• Build plays and messaging connecting ServiceNow to mission outcomes.
• Drive demand generation and pipeline creation across assigned mission areas.
