UIC Government Services and the Bowhead Family of Companies seeks a Data Collection Leader to oversee daily data collection activities in support of the DCSS contract for ATC Aberdeen, MD. The role provides technical leadership, resource coordination, training, data quality review, and issue resolution to ensure test-data accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, engineering, or technology discipline with 3 years RAM/IPS or similar data collection experience.
• Or Associate’s degree in a technical area with 5 years data collection experience.
• Or seven years RAM/IPS or similar data collection experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate daily schedules and assignments for data collection resources.
• Provide technical direction, training, and mentoring to data collectors.
• Monitor events and ensure accurate, complete, and timely collection of observations and records.
• Review data collection products for compliance with government standards and test requirements.
• Identify incomplete or inaccurate data and coordinate timely corrections.
• Provide technical assistance on collection procedures and data systems.
• Coordinate with Government test officers, data quality personnel, and contractor supervisors.
• Support training curricula and data collection standardization.
