Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a Cyber Systems Administrator for the CAF DMO 3.0 program in Hampton, VA. You will monitor network infrastructure, provide Tier 1/2 support, and participate in IPTs while learning security and engineering practices.

A DoD clearance at least with Top Secret eligibility is required, along with related STEM degrees and certifications. You will work in a fast-paced, enterprise environment supporting Windows and virtualization technologies, with opportunities to grow in security

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance with Top Secret eligibility required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and perform routine health checks of critical network infrastructure and systems.
• Provide Tier 1/2 support for daily operations, including patching and ticket resolution.
• Assist in incident response with initial troubleshooting and reporting under guidance of senior staff.
• Participate in Integrated Product Teams to learn engineering support activities.
• Support security teams with basic system security assessments to validate compliance.
• Follow established processes and identify areas for system optimization.
