Job summary

The Holston Group Inc is seeking a Program Analyst to apply budgetary laws, regulations, and policies to support a government client. You will help track, report, and analyze financial information, conduct cost-estimating efforts, and assist with budgeting activities across multiple command programs.

You will maintain program status, prepare decision briefings for senior staff, and develop program documentation.

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI w/ CI Poly is required.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; 3+ years of related experience.
Experience with DoD JCIDS/USCC CCIDS processes.
Excellent written and verbal communications.
Ability to prioritize daily, weekly, and monthly projects and meet deadlines.
Familiar working with technical professionals and other SMEs.
Experience with MS Office Suite products and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

Assist with maintaining up-to-date status and progress of command programs and projects through periodic and formal reviews as well as reports and informal meetings.
Assist with responding to queries from internal and external sources.
Assist with providing data to support sound strategic business decision-making.
Create and modify documentation to support program reviews.
Create briefings and reports for reviews to assist CPMs.
Advise and assist USCYBERCOM with preparing and presenting DoD program decision briefings for OIPTs, ARBs, and QPRs.
Advise and assist with developing and managing programs and PMPs to include the reporting of program activity for command programs.
