The Holston Group Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Analyst to support PPBE processes for DoD programs, tracking budgets, spend plans and obligations, and compiling inputs for the POM.
You will coordinate with J8 and other directorates to assemble a unified budget view and prepare high‑level briefings for leadership. The role requires strong program management and financial acumen, with the ability to translate subordinate inputs into consolidated program budgets and performance measures.

The Senior Program Analyst (SPA) is responsible for building and managing our government client programs supporting the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process. The SPA will also be responsible for tracking the budgets and maintaining an accurate picture of the execution year, spend plans, commitments, and obligations, and have a general understanding of the program's requirements. The SPA will track the president's budget inputs and submission and address Congressional questions including UFRs, Marks etc. Additionally, the SPA will manage the Program Objective Memorandum (POM) build, consolidating inputs from subordinate organizations to present J8 with a unified POM input for supporting programs. The SPA will also need to build relationships with the J8 and other Directorates to successfully obtain information to support our government client programs.
