Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working with the DoD.
• Experience supporting the DoD’s PPBE financial resource cycle.
• Experience with DoD budget systems such as PBIS and DAI.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI.
• Experience creating and delivering oral and written communications to stakeholders.
• Knowledge of the POM process.
• Ability to be a self-starter and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting.

Responsibilities

• Provide data analytics and budgeting support to DoD HQ program offices.
• Develop defensible deliverables such as briefings and reports for senior leaders and program managers.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to interpret financial and operational data.
• Organize meetings, generate minutes, and track action items.
• Leverage DoD financial systems to analyze POM submissions and budget execution data.
