Job summary

A. Harold and Associates, LLC is seeking a Computer-Based Training Specialist for an in-office role at Corry Station Pensacola. The CBTS collaborates with ISD, MMS/GA, programmers, QCS, and SMEs to design and develop instructionally sound training solutions for the US Navy.

Ideal candidates have ILT/ICW development experience and proficiency with AIM/COTS tools such as Adobe Captivate or Articulate, with a TS/SCI clearance and polygraph required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and COTS authoring tools (Adobe Captivate or Articulate).
• Understanding of training product standards and instructional design processes.

Responsibilities

• Develops ICW and supporting documentation.
• Participates in development, testing, maintenance, and delivery of training programs and materials.
• Develops learning objectives and criterion-referenced tests.
• Selects instructional media and materials to meet objectives.
• Updates course documentation to ensure timeliness and relevance.
