Job summary

Precise Systems, Inc. is hiring a Training Specialist to develop and deliver technical training programs for the Naval Surface Warfare Center. This role involves creating curricula, instructional materials, and conducting hands-on training events. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in training development and a strong technical background in defense systems.

In-person support is required, along with the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively. A Secret security clearance and U.S. Citizenship are mandatory.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in training, instruction, or instructional design.
• Experience as a military instructor or technical trainer for DoD programs.
• Hands-on experience with defense systems or related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain training curricula in accordance with Navy standards.
• Design and deliver technical training products including instructor-led training.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and revise materials as necessary.
• Support new system fielding and develop training assessments.
