Job summary

A. Harold & Associates is seeking a Computer-Based Training Specialist to join the US Navy courseware development team in Pensacola, FL. The CBTS will collaborate with ISD, MMS/GA, programmers, QCS, and SMEs to design and deliver instructionally sound training solutions.

Top Secret/SCI clearance and a polygraph are required for this in-office opportunity; strong AIM/COTS authoring skills using Adobe Captivate or Articulate are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products and COTS authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate or Articulate.
• Demonstrates understanding of training product standards and instructional design processes.
• Completes work in an organized and efficient manner.
• Demonstrates excellent attention to detail.
• Provides concise written communication and strong grammar.

Responsibilities

• Develop ICW and supporting documentation.
• Participate in development, testing, maintenance, and delivery of training programs and materials.
• Develop learning objectives and criterion-referenced tests.
• Select instructional media, materials, and equipment to meet learning objectives.
• Update course documentation to ensure timeliness, quality, accuracy, and relevance.
• Collaborate with team to meet customer requirements within time, scope, and budget, applying DoD standards.
