Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience; graduate degree with 2+ years preferred; in lieu of a degree, 8+ years of related experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with Defense programs, including FAR, DFARS, and/or TINA.
• U.S. citizen.

Responsibilities

• Preparing contractual letters, Terms & Conditions, Representations & Certifications for DoD proposals.
• Providing audit and fact-finding support for major proposals.
• Administering and closing contracts.
• Compiling information and reports.
• Interpreting contract requirements and tracking performance.
• Liaising with customers, management, and program teams to resolve issues.
• Serving as primary liaison for contractual communication with customers.
• Conducting change management with internal teams and communicating adjustment rights.
