Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed Master’s degree in a related field within last 12 months.
• Experience in contract management or government contracting is preferred.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support contract management activities for Government, Commercial, and International programs.
• Process funding into PeopleSoft and maintain program performance metrics.
• Provide strategic input to program teams, resolving contract issues and mitigating risk.
• Prepare, negotiate, review, and execute contracts with terms and provisions.
• Identify subcontract flow-down clauses and assess related risk; ensure regulatory compliance.
