Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Greenville, TX is seeking a Sr. Specialist, Subcontracts to manage complex DoD-driven procurement programs. You will lead negotiations on supplier statements of work, ensure FAR/DFARS compliance, and coordinate necessary security clearances to support national security missions.

Required are US citizenship and the ability to obtain a Secret DoD clearance. ABachelor’s degree with 6 years of relevant experience, or a Graduate degree with 4 years, or 10 years of experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher with multi-year subcontracts experience
• Experience with FAR/DFARS and government contracts preferred
• Ability to manage complex, multi-year procurement programs
