Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience.
• Graduate Degree with 2 years of prior related experience, or in lieu of a degree minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.

Responsibilities

• Preparing, negotiating, and administering a large volume of contracts for various customers.
• Ensuring contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with FAR/DFAR/ITAR and company policies.
• Reviewing RFPs; preparing proposals including engineering changes; negotiating and definitizing.
• Performing risk assessment of proposal/contract terms and developing risk-minimizing strategies.
• Collaborating with customers, management, and program teams to secure approvals and execution.
• Serving as point of contact for the customer during all phases of a program.
• Generating and maintaining contract documentation.
• Other duties as assigned.
