Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager in Bedford, NH to support a diverse portfolio of commercial and government contracts. You will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and contract professionals, guiding strategy, risk, and compliance across the lifecycle.

Responsibilities include leading negotiations, managing contract modifcations, and ensuring regulatory compliance in a fast-paced environment. A DoD focus and federal procurement knowledge are key assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent mix of education and experience in related field.
• Demonstrated DoD or Intelligence Community contract management experience.
• Experience across full contract lifecycle and multiple contract types.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract management activities from proposal development through closeout.
• Review and support proposal prep, pricing strategies, and submissions.
• Conduct pre-award and post-award negotiations with customers and partners.
• Manage contract modifications, amendments, renewals, and closeouts.
• Provide strategic leadership, mentoring, and guidance to staff.
• Serve as escalation point for complex contractual issues.
• Advise leadership on obligations, risks, and compliance.
• Interpret terms and conditions and recommend risk mitigation.
• Partner with program teams to ensure execution, scope, and compliance.
• Maintain compliance with policies and Federal, State, and international regs.
• Lead negotiations with DoD customers and industry partners.
• Brief senior leadership on key contract matters and recommendations.
• Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive continuous process improvements and best practices.
