True Anomaly, Inc. is seeking a Contracts Manager to support DoD and IC contracts throughout the lifecycle. You'll coordinate with program managers, engineering, finance, and legal to ensure compliant contract administration in a lean organization.

The role involves pre-award through closeout activities in a hybrid environment near Centennial, CO, with on-site requirements and a security-clearance background preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of DoD/IC contract administration experience.
• Active U.S. security clearance TS minimum (TS/SCI preferred).
• Experience with FAR/DFARS and government contracts.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Award: support proposal development and review terms.
• Award & Negotiation: review FAR/DFARS clauses and negotiate terms.
• Post-Award: manage contract modifications and performance tracking.
• Compliance & Audit: support DCAA/DCMA interactions and filings.
• Closeout: assist with final deliverables and reconciliation.
• General: maintain status reports and build stakeholder relationships.
