Job summary

The Nagler Group is seeking a seasoned Contracts Manager in New Hampshire to lead contract lifecycle activities across government and commercial programs. You will negotiate terms, assess risk, and collaborate with program management, business development, and senior leadership to protect the company’s interests.

The ideal candidate has extensive government or regulated contracting experience, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in government, aerospace/defense, federal contracting, or similarly regulated environments.
• Strong contract negotiation, drafting and administration experience.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS and U.S. government contracting requirements.
• Experience managing complex contracts and multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication, organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
• Leadership or mentoring experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; law degree not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage contracts through full lifecycle from proposals and negotiations to amendments and closeout.
• Lead contract negotiations and provide guidance on terms, risk, and compliance.
• Partner with program management, business development and senior leadership.
• Support complex government and commercial contracts.
• Review and draft agreements, terms, conditions, and contract modifications.
• Mentor and provide guidance to other contracts professionals.
• Identify risks and develop practical solutions to contractual issues.
