Servexo Protective Services seeks an experienced Quality Control Manager / Contract Compliance Manager to administer the Contractor Quality Control program for a multi-year DoD naval guard services contract.

The role collaborates with the Program Manager, Site Supervisors, and the Government COR on performance, documentation, and reporting, ensuring compliance across all requirements and schedules.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of quality control/contract compliance experience, federal preferred.
• Knowledge of DoD/Navy contract performance management including PWS, QC Plans, PAP, and CDR response.
• Ability to prepare professional written reports and corrective action plans.

Aufgaben

• Own the Quality Control Plan; ensure full compliance with the PWS.
• Identify non-compliance and coordinate corrective actions with PM and Supervisors.
• Prepare and maintain PAWs; compile MPAS for COR submission.
• Maintain certificate tracking; track training and certifications.
• Liaise with Government COR, SPAR, and PARs on quality and compliance matters.
• Review Incident Reports and Discrepancy Reports for timeliness and accuracy.
