Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a QA/QC Manager in Washington, DC to develop and oversee the Quality Control Program for PSO contracts. You will conduct inspections, audits, and reporting to ensure compliance with the SOW and federal standards, coordinating with government representatives and the Contract Manager.

The role requires active Top Secret clearance, strong QA/QC experience, and the ability to drive continuous improvement across QA processes.

Qualifications

• Two years of QA/QC experience on personnel-based service contracts.
• Strong data analysis and trend identification abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience monitoring contract compliance, inspections, and performance metrics.
• Knowledge of government contracts and security operations.
• Ability to implement corrective actions and drive quality improvements.
• Familiarity with inspection/reporting systems is a plus.
• Security clearance up to Top Secret is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the contract-specific Quality Control Plan (QCP) per SOW.
• Define inspection methods, frequencies, metrics, and reporting processes.
• Oversee inspections of PSO performance, post compliance, and training records.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, permits, and weapons qualifications.
• Prepare monthly QC reports, deficiency reports, and corrective action tracking.
• Coordinate with COR, PSO staff, and government representatives.
• Support government audits, covert testing, and monthly performance meetings.
