RQC, LLC is seeking a Construction Superintendent for DoD and commercial projects in San Diego County. The role involves daily on-site supervision of all construction activities, coordinating subcontractors, and maintaining safety, quality, and schedule), with headquarter assignments in Carlsbad, CA.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in superintendent roles on medium to large projects, knowledge of Primavera/Viewpoint/BIM/Revit, and OSHA/EM-385/STS certifications; bilingual Spanish-English is

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• College courses or degree in construction management or engineering preferred.
• Five+ years' superintendent experience on medium-sized projects; govt/military experience preferred.
• Design-build and large-project experience preferred.
• Computer literacy in MS Office and project tools required; Primavera/Viewpoint/S BIM knowledge a plus.
• Spanish-English bilingual skills desirable; LEED GA/AP credential desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, direct and coordinate all construction activities and subcontractors on site.
• Ensure safety, quality, and production meet project requirements, schedule and budget.
• Maintain compliance with RQ's mission, vision and values; coordinate with design-build teams.
