Job summary

ISI Professional Services is seeking an experienced project manager with construction expertise to provide Owner's Representative construction management services to a DoD client. The Project Manager Level II will oversee 2–3 ongoing construction projects valued from $1M to $10M each, supporting a larger program.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management with 5–7+ years of construction experience.
• ACTIVE General Contractor license with 15+ years of construction experience.
• Pentagon Washington Headquarters Services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of 2–3 ongoing construction projects valued from $1M to $10M each.
• Assist Government with site evaluations, field surveys, and code compliance.
• Support development of technical requirements, scopes of work, cost estimates, and schedules for A/E services.
• Track construction progress, submittals, permits, invoicing as part of a larger team.
• Lead weekly and monthly progress meetings; evaluate schedule risk and baseline deviations.
• Maintain construction admin data in Excel and web-based tools for leadership briefing.
