Job summary

ISI Professional Services is seeking an experienced Project Manager Level II to provide Owner's Representative support to the Engineering and Design Division for a DoD client. You will manage preconstruction activities, coordinate with customers, Government stakeholders, and A/E teams to develop complete, code-compliant project packages.

The role emphasizes collaboration, initiative, and clear communication, with opportunities to influence design direction through RFIs, submittals, and design

Qualifications

BS degree or 15+ years of senior design/construction experience required.
US Citizenship required and ability to obtain DoD clearance.
Experience coordinating with government stakeholders and A/E teams is essential.

Responsibilities

Manage multiple projects through requirements development, planning, design and acquisition.
Coordinate site visits, evaluations, and field surveys for validation of requirements and constructability.
Support development of project requirements packages, cost estimates, schedules, and technical documentation.
Track design deliverables, review comments, and contractor work for compliance and quality.
