Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5 years managing a portfolio of construction projects similar to this work.
• 5 years developing and managing projects near $1M each or greater.

Responsibilities

• Assist with budget of assigned projects.
• Assist scope of work for subcontracts and manage subcontractors to terms.
• Support lifecycle from solicitation to project closeout and final payment.
• Coordinate design efforts and ensure milestone compliance for deliverables.
• Prepare and route project submittal registers for approval.
• Provide site staff with priorities and guidance to meet schedule.
• Perform remote and onsite audits of documentation and work.
• Contribute to safety, quality, efficiency, and profitability improvements.
