Job summary

ISI Professional Services is seeking an experienced Project Manager Level II to provide Owner's Representative project management support to the Engineering and Design Division for a DoD client in Arlington, VA. You will manage projects through preconstruction, design development, and contractor selection, coordinating with customers, government stakeholders, and A/E teams.

The role requires a BS degree or substantial equivalent experience, US citizenship, and the ability to obtain a DoD

Qualifications

• BS Degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, science or mathematics.
• US Citizenship and ability to obtain DoD clearance.
• 5+ years of relevant design and construction experience OR 15+ years of specialized experience

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of multiple projects from requirements development through contractor selection.
• Coordinate customers, Government stakeholders, SME, and A/E contractors to develop complete packages.
• Assist with RFIs, submittals, and design intent post-award as needed.
• Maintain design-management records, schedules, and status data.

Education

BS Degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, science or mathematics

15+ years of relevant design and construction specialized technical experience
