Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Science or Mathematics is required.
• 10+ years of construction management experience OR 20 years of specialized construction experience.
• Experience supporting DoD or government construction programs is highly preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for government briefs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of 5–7 ongoing construction projects valued $1M–$5M each.
• Support site evaluations, field surveys, and pre-bid activities for constructability and code compliance.
• Assist in cost estimate analyses and GC change order reviews for government projects.
• Track progress, submittals, permits, files, and invoicing as part of a larger team.
• Lead weekly project progress meetings and monthly program status reviews.
• Prepare technical reports and brief senior Government leadership on program health.
