Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Communication Systems Instructor in Fort Eisenhower, GA to apply lesson plans to classroom and informal learning, adapting to learner needs and assessing outcomes for effective training.

You will collaborate with developers, designers, SMEs to design engaging content, coordinate training activities, travel up to CONUS/OCONUS, and support program teams with task planning and progress reporting while maintaining TS/SCI eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of related experience or Master's with 3+ years of related experience.
• Active DoD Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI within 1 year from hire date.
• Deep knowledge of Routing, Switching, and Transmission on US Army comms systems.
• At least 3 years delivering and applying custom curriculum.
• Experience in teaching, mentoring, and course facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Familiarize with a dynamic customer curriculum and maintain it.
• Develop subject matter and provide mentoring to students, delivering effective instruction.
• Support program teams with project integration, possibly creating new course content and facilitating exercises.
• Use product development expertise aligned with curriculum teaching points.
• Review student progress and give constructive feedback.
• Lead instructional modules and coordinate exercises.
• Create or revise curriculum content.
• Travel CONUS and OCONUS.
• Collaborate with teaching teams and stakeholders to meet customer missions.
