Job summary

Bailey Information Technology, LLC seeks a Civilian Payroll Specialist for USARCENT Staff Augmentation at Shaw Air Force Base, SC. You will ensure accurate, timely payroll processing for the civilian workforce and comply with pay policies.

Openings 1 position; full-time schedule; SECRET clearance; contract contingent on award. You will coordinate with DFAS and HR, maintain records, and advise on pay policy.

Qualifications

• Experience with DoD or federal civilian payroll/pay administration.
• Familiarity with DFAS civilian pay systems and processes.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy under deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• English reading/writing/speaking fluency is required.
• Ability to obtain a favorable background investigation and CAC.

Responsibilities

• Process and review civilian payroll transactions for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with pay regulations.
• Research and resolve civilian pay discrepancies, coordinating with DFAS and HR as needed.
• Maintain civilian pay records and supporting documentation.
• Advise civilian employees and supervisors on pay-related policy questions.
• Support periodic pay audits and internal control reviews.
