Job summary

Tharros seeks a Budget Analyst to support budgeting, tracking, and reporting for DoD programs. You will manage expenditures, assist with PPBE processes, and coordinate with logistics, procurement, and finance teams.

The role requires an Active Secret clearance and a Bachelor's degree with 3–9 years of related experience. Experience with DEAMS/DAI and Power BI is preferred; US citizenship is typically required for clearance roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field.
• 3–9 years of budgeting/finance experience.
• DoD or government budgeting experience preferred.
• Active Secret clearance required.
• Experience with DEAMS/DAI budget systems preferred.
• Proficient in Power BI and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Track budget line items and contracts; monitor burn rates and funding.
• Serve as liaison between logistics/procurement and finance teams.
• Enter data, review invoices, and process funding requests.
• Reconcile obligations and expenditures; ensure compliance with reporting standards.
• Prepare budget briefs and management reports.
