Addison Group is seeking an experienced Billing Analyst in Vienna, VA for a hybrid role three days on-site. You will support a government contract billing environment, preparing accurate invoices across multiple contract types and maintaining audit-ready documentation.

The ideal candidate has DoD government contract billing experience, strong Deltek Costpoint knowledge, and can manage a portfolio of complex billings with attention to detail and deadlines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of billing, accounting, or government contracting experience required.
• DoD government contract billing experience required.
• Deltek Costpoint experience required.
• Experience with Time & Materials, Cost Plus Fixed Fee, and Firm Fixed Price contracts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process high-volume government contract billings accurately and on time.
• Manage 30–40 billings per month across multiple contracts and customers.
• Prepare invoices for multiple government contract types (T&M, CPFF, firm fixed price).
• Use Deltek Costpoint for billing, accounts receivable, and related accounting tasks.
• Review contract terms and funding information before invoicing.
