Job summary

Three Saints Bay, LLC is seeking a Billing Specialist to support its Family of Companies in Manassas, VA or satellite offices in SC/NC/VA in a hybrid setting. You will invoice customers, collect receivables, and provide ad‑hoc analyses, collaborating with Project Control, PMs, and Finance.

Requires 3+ years GovCon billing experience, Deltek Costpoint and DCAA‑compliant invoicing knowledge, and strong problem‑solving abilities to meet deadlines. MS Office proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• GovCon billing experience with federal contracts is required.
• Proficiency in Deltek Costpoint and DCAA‑compliant invoicing.
• Experience with PIEE (WAWF) and Gov payment platforms preferred.
• High School Diploma required; degree in business/finance is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Generate accurate and timely billing and prompt collection.
• Review contracts for billing and revenue implications.
• Maintain billing files with base contracts, modifications, and invoices.
• Compare project expenses to contract terms and FAR guidance for accuracy.
• Submit invoices via WAWF or contract-specific systems.
• Follow up on payment discrepancies and escalate as needed.
• Perform monthly reconciliations of billed/unbilled vs revenue.
• Ensure compliance with company policies on invoicing and collections.
• Identify process improvements and participate in related initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
