Job summary

Accenture Federal Services seeks a Mid-level Cloud Analyst to monitor and support Azure cloud environments for DoD missions. You will perform deep troubleshooting, implement automation, and mentor junior staff, ensuring continuous operational health and security across critical workloads.

You will work with Azure IaaS/PaaS, monitoring tools, and governance processes, collaborating with stakeholders to maintain high availability and regulatory compliance in a mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of experience in cloud operations or related technical role with demonstrated Azure experience.
• Proficient with Azure IaaS/PaaS services, monitoring tools, and identity/access management.
• Experience with ticketing and incident management systems, SLA/SLO tracking.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; effective written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Independently monitor and analyze Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Sentinel data.
• Perform root cause analysis on recurring incidents and recommend remediation.
• Execute and track patching, backup, and Site Recovery operations; escalate failures.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics tracking SLA/SLO compliance.
• Support identity, access, and governance activities including RBAC audits.
• Write and maintain basic automation scripts (PowerShell, Bicep, ARM) to streamline tasks.
• Maintain runbooks, knowledge base, and standard operating procedures.
• Assist in tracking compliance with STIGs, Azure Policy, and vulnerability management.
