Job summary

JCS Solutions LLC seeks an NMCC Asset Manager to support lifecycle management of IT and communications assets for the NMCC, interfacing with HAF, OSD, and JCS. The role emphasizes accuracy, security, and independence in a fast-paced defense environment.

The ideal candidate will manage asset inventories, perform in-person counts, and generate detailed reports while adhering to SOPs and security policies. Strong organizational skills and a customer-focused mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance required.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivots) for large datasets.
• Experience with Remedy or ServiceNow ITAM systems.
• Proven IT asset management or inventory control experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in secure SCIF environments.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Full Lifecycle Asset Management: Maintain an inventory tracking system of over 8,000 IT assets using Excel and asset management software.
• Manual Inventory & Data Entry: Manage stockroom operations, asset tagging, secure storage, and disposal.
• Reporting and Analysis: Generate asset inventory reports for critical infrastructure.
• Stakeholder Support: Primary point of contact for asset management, service leadership and technical teams.
• High-Stakes Inventory Control: Conduct regular in-person inventories with 100% accuracy.
• Process Adherence: Follow SOPs, training materials, and security policies.
