Job summary

ASR International seeks an experienced IT Asset Manager / DPAS Specialist to support the JCSE ITAM program in Tampa, FL. You will manage government-owned assets, ensure DPAS accuracy, and coordinate with custodians and stakeholders for accountability and lifecycle tracking.

You will develop procedures, run inventories, and generate reports to support mission readiness. A Secret clearance and DoD asset experience are required, with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance required; US citizenship.
• 4+ years DoD logistics or asset management experience.
• 2+ years hands-on experience with DPAS.
• Experience with asset inventories and lifecycle asset tracking.
• Knowledge of Government property accountability principles.
• Experience with reporting and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accountability and accuracy of DoD-owned assets in DPAS.
• Perform asset additions, transfers, and deletions in DPAS.
• Prepare inventory discrepancy reports for review.
• Coordinate with ECs and PAs for asset custody and tracking.
• Develop asset management processes and workflows.
• Produce monthly status and inventory metrics reports.
• Support asset disposition and transfer activities.
• Provide annual refresher training for asset personnel.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve asset management.
