Computer World Services seeks a Configuration and Asset Management professional to oversee IT procurement, inventory control, licenses, warranties, and service agreements across the enterprise, with emphasis on standardization and lifecycle tracking.
The role operates within the DoD-credentialed mission, coordinating with NOS and COS units, maintaining CMDB records, and ensuring asset relationships and configurations are current.
In support of Network/Cyberspace Operations mission, conduct and perform configuration and service asset management across the enterprise.
Manages the operations of the IT procurement and inventory management function. Manages the maintenance of records and databases containing information regarding licenses, warranties, and service agreements for the organization's hardware and software. Minimizes organizational cost through product standardization and tracking. Tracks quality throughout the product lifetime.
