Job summary

A defense contractor is seeking a Journeymen Program Manager to oversee system acquisition for development and deployment of weapons systems. The candidate must have at least three years of experience in program management within the DoD and possess strong analytical and communication skills. A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is required, along with an active Secret security clearance. This full-time position is based in Hanscom AFB, MA, with a salary range of $110,000 to $130,000 annually, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline, three of which must be in the DoD.
• Comprehensive knowledge of systems acquisition and program management principles.
• Effective communication skills, providing quality acquisition and program documentation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, research, analyze, and assess system acquisition for development, production, and deployment.
• Support and develop acquisition reports and program management reviews.
• Provide briefings and schedules of program status to senior management.
