Job summary

BioIVT in Woodbury, NY is seeking a Regular Full-Time team member to efficiently prepare documentation for products in our laboratory workflow. You will generate labels, air bills, and certificates of analysis for shipments and inform customers about next-day updates.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of office experience, strong organizational and multitasking skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; Sage X3 experience is a plus.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year experience working in a professional office setting.
  • Must have strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Attention to detail is a critical.
  • Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills are also required.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite of Products.
  • Experience working with Sage X3 a big plus.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare labels, air bills, and certificates of analysis for more than 30 distinct shipments.
  • Provide email notifications to all customers receiving shipments the following day.
  • General filing, and overseeing annual offsite storage process of files.
