Job summary

ABB's Distribution Solutions Division is seeking a Documentation Specialist to maintain project documents and ensure compliance with procedures. The role is onsite in Mebane, NC, reporting to the Senior Engineering Manager.

You will track document status, coordinate reviews, and help improve document management processes to support on-time project delivery. Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED, 0-2+ years of experience, and familiarity with GPLM software, Windchill, or SAP.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0-2+ years of experience preferred.
• GPLM software experience preferred.
• Windchill experience preferred.
• SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project documents, records, and version control within the document management system.
• Ensure documentation complies with company procedures, standards, and confidentiality requirements.
• Track, update, and distribute document registers, reports, and project documentation status.
• Coordinate document reviews, approvals, filing, and distribution activities.
