Job summary

VIVA USA Inc is seeking a detail-oriented professional for a 100% onsite role in Illinois. You will clean data in Excel and Workday, audit and edit talent profiles, and test internal applications, providing feedback for improvements.

Required are a high school diploma, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication. 2–4 years of relevant experience and a customer-service mindset are preferred.

100% onsite

Main Responsibilities:

• Data clean up in excel and Workday Systems
• Auditing and editing talent profiles. Updating, proofreading and editing.
• New software testing. Tech savvy – No coding. Helping with testing internal applications. Will use applications and provide feedback in case edits are needed.

Skills:

• Intermediate to advanced excel. Basic to intermediate PDF, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.
• Workday experience. Adobe Acrobat a plus.
• Customer service experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Proofreading experience
• Good problem solving
• Fast learner
• Has had interactions/experiences with technology and are tech savvy.

Education:

• No less than a High School diploma with required experience.

• 8AM - 5PM
• 100% onsite
