Job summary

Northpoint Commercial Finance LLC in Alpharetta, GA seeks a Documentation Manager to collaborate with Sales, Underwriters, Account Management and Portfolio teams to ensure accurate, process-driven results for buy-outs, inventory transfers, curtailments, subordinations and MSO transactions.

You will supervise the documentation process, manage data quality, monitor conditions, coordinate with credit policy, and drive improvements while ensuring compliance and timely settlements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university preferred.
• Prior management experience preferred.
• Experience with loan documentation and MSO/subordination processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage processes and team members for buy-outs, MSO, Subordination, and transfers.
• Ensure accurate and compliant documentation and system inputs.
• Coordinate with Sales, Underwriters, and Portfolio teams to gather required information.
