Job summary

Allegacy is seeking a Commercial Loan Processing Supervisor to lead a team responsible for preparing and reviewing commercial loan documentation. You will ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance to support growth in the commercial and small business loan portfolio.

You will coach staff, meet internal and external deadlines, and collaborate with the Commercial Banking team to deliver high-quality service to members. A strong background in documentation and lending is required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of business processing and commercial lending operations.
• Understanding of compliance, lien recording, lending laws and third-party reports.
• Excellent written, oral and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 3–4 person loan processing team to generate accurate, timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with closing deadlines and client service standards.
• Coach staff and set performance goals; review performance with employees.
• Collaborate with commercial banking sales to support loan originations and risk management.
• Maintain knowledge of wire processes and reconcile general ledger discrepancies.
