Job summary

True Connect is True Manufacturing’s cloud-based IoT monitoring platform for commercial refrigeration. The Technical Communications Specialist will own the documentation system, shaping what is documented and how it is published, with direct access to engineers and the product team.

This role requires a strong writer who can present release notes clearly to diverse audiences, coordinate cross-department communication, and help develop PRDs and user stories with product leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of technical writing for software or SaaS products.
• Portfolio is required.
• Experience establishing documentation standards or systems.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern True Connect documentation strategy, standards, and scope.
• Design and manage Release Notes with accurate cadence.
• Coordinate and manage documentation-related release communications to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to translate SME knowledge into customer-ready content.
• Design and implement the documentation system, templates, and publishing workflow.
