Job summary

Sharp Electronics Corporation (US) is seeking a Document Solutions Support Specialist to develop and support Sharp’s service partners across the Southwest US (CA, AZ, TX). You will resolve complex hardware, firmware, software, and network issues and provide in-depth reporting on field performance.

You will manage partner territories, conduct regular meetings, and ensure adherence to dealer policies while staying current with technical information and service programs.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent technical certification preferred.
• Net+ and MCP certifications desired.
• MCSE/MCTS/MCITP/MCSA certifications desirable.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• 5–10 years industry experience desirable.
• Willingness to travel up to 90% and some weekend travel.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced hardware, firmware, software, and network issue resolution using troubleshooting tools and methodologies.
• Prepare and deliver monthly technical reports with accurate data.
• Manage territory and support service partners to meet industry performance standards.
• Schedule and conduct regular meetings with service partners with prepared agendas.
• Develop partner capabilities and coordinate with zone representatives for timely dealer support.
• Gather field data, fault samples, and industry data for analysis and reports.
• Provide remote support via technical hotline, phone, fax, and email.
• Assist in partner development and training initiatives.
