Job summary

Required are basic computer skills, MS Office proficiency, and the ability to operate scanners and Autodesk Vault. You may lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods in a storage environment, supporting a fast‑paced operations team.

Qualifications

• Experience with paper document handling and scanning workflows.
• Basic computer skills and ability to enter metadata accurately.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web navigation.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve paper files from the document storage room.
• Prepare paper files for scanning by sorting into categories and making copies as needed.
• Scan documents and upload them into the system.
• Add metadata to scanned/uploaded files (order number, customer name, legacy brand name).
• Perform quality control to ensure files are available and readable in the system.
• Retrieve paper drawings and scan them into Autodesk Vault.
• Validate that metadata was correctly added to uploaded files.
