PSG Global Solutions, LLC in Jessup, MD is seeking an Imaging Production Specialist (Document Scanning & Data Entry) for a 6:15 AM to 2:45 PM, Monday–Friday contract engagement at a secure document imaging facility. The role is 100% onsite, focusing on processing paper records into digital form with strict order and accuracy.

You will load records into high-speed scanners, verify image quality, input metadata, and keep equipment running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Ability to sit for long periods with limited standing for feeding scanners.

Schedule: 6:15AM - 2:45PM (Monday to Friday)

What You’ll Do Daily

• Loadprepped paper records into high-speed scanners in individual sheets orsmall batches, ensuring documents are returned to cartons in exactnumerical/chronological order.
• Reviewdigitized images on-screen to confirm page clarity, proper orientation,and completeness against physical originals.
• Key incritical metadata and document identifiers using high-speed data entry,then release verified electronic files to client databases.
• Clean,maintain, and perform basic troubleshooting on scanner hardware to keepdigital conversion workflows running smoothly.

Employment Terms:

This position is atemporary/contract engagement through RightStone. Standard corporate healthbenefits, retirement plans, and paid time off are not provided during thecontract duration.

What We’re Looking For

• Strongcomputer literacy with high-speed, accurate keystroke ability forcontinuous data input and file indexing.
• Sharpvisual focus to spot missing pages, image blurs, or indexing errors duringquality control checks.
• Comfortablewith extended seated computer tasks and upper-body repetitive motions,along with occasional standing (up to 20% of shift) to feed scanningmachinery and move record cartons.
• Highdependability for a 03:00 PM starts, strong organizational habits, and theability to work comfortably in a quiet, focused productionenvironment.

Work Environment:

This is a 100% onsite role inside asecure document imaging facility. The position is primarily seated withcontinuous keyboard, mouse, and monitor use, alongside rotational equipmentoperation.
