The role is 100% onsite, focusing on processing paper records into digital form with strict order and accuracy.

You will load records into high-speed scanners, verify image quality, input metadata, and keep equipment running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Accurate data entry and file indexing at high speed.
• Sharp eye for missing pages, blurs, or indexing errors during QC checks.
• Ability to sit for long periods with limited standing for feeding scanners.

Responsibilities

• Load prepped paper records into high-speed scanners in sheets or small batches.
• Review digitized images to confirm clarity, orientation, and completeness.
• Key in metadata and document identifiers, then release verified files to databases.
• Clean, maintain, and troubleshoot scanner hardware to keep workflows running.
