Summer Employment Opportunity — Document Prep & Scanning

We are looking to hire 3–4 individuals for summer positions. Two roles are currently available:

Document Prep Specialist

Responsibilities include preparing physical files for high‑output document scanning by removing staples, paperclips, and other bindings to ensure documents are scan‑ready.

Large Format Scanner Operator

Responsibilities include feeding and scanning large drawings, blueprints, and maps through a large‑format scanner.

Position Details

• Flexible hours: 20–40 hours per week
• Starting pay: $15.00/hour
• Ideal for students or those seeking flexible summer work
