788 Government Solutions Group, LLC is seeking a Document Management Analyst to support the Health and Human Services (HHS) Office for Civil Rights (OCR). The role involves general administrative support, managing intake for complaints, and performing routine office functions.

Document Management Analyst will support the Health and Human Services (HHS), Office for Civil Rights (OCR) as an integral contributor to the success and performance of OCR and further OCR’s mission through various mission support activities.
Work is primarily performed in an office environment. Regularly required to sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms to handle objects and operate tools, computer, and/or controls. Required to speak and hear. Occasionally required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must frequently lift and/or move up to 40 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, depth perception, ability to adjust focus. Exposed to general office noise with computers, printers, and light traffic.
Benefits are eligible on the first day of hire to full-time employees.
The estimated pay range for this role is $21 to $23 per hour, with the final offer contingent on location, skill set, and experience.
