Job summary

Trustmark in Lake Forest, Illinois, is seeking an detail‑oriented support associate to conduct records searches, verify imaging documents, and process incoming mail and checks. You will create cases in Dynamics, upload to G360, and prepare materials for scanning while collaborating across teams.

Responsibilities

• Undeliverable checks, policies and mail: research new addresses and determine updates or re-sends.
• Digital correspondence: review images, determine upload type in G360 and create Dynamics cases if needed.
• Incoming paper mail: identify request types and prep for scanning or routing to the appropriate person/team.
• Incoming checks: determine which lockbox to send to based on issuer.
• Refund checks: print refunds, match documentation, scan to G360 and mail.
• Compile documents from G360 to send duplicates and incident summaries.
• Create letters via eCor to mail paper forms requested by Customer Care.
• Update addresses in Dynamics from Address Change cases.
• Rep, scan and index documents in the G360 Imaging system.
• Provide input on process improvement.
